Esther Lee Clark, a.k.a. Esther was the was the youngest of 10 siblings. She met her best friend, Robyn, in the 5th grade. Rendezvous at the railroad tracks, bus rides to the state capitol & many shared family trips together sparked a loving and lasting 60-year relationship between these dear friends. Esther attended Granite High School where she was known for her participation on the cheerleading team & her involvement in school. She graduated high school in 1973, going on to have 5 children of her own.  Mother, friend, beverage cart girl, executive assistant, caregiver, & most recently UTA bus operator, are all included in the various titles & roles Esther has excelled at over the course of her lifetime.  Dependable, caring, fun & kind are just a few of the many words that describe Esther, & with great strength and determination is how she is remembered to live her life!

Known by many who have met her for having an infectious laugh & beautiful smile, her grandchildren that knew her well, called her G-ma Good Stuff because of the wonderful food she would always prepare for them.  A lover of food herself, Esther was a collector of fabulous little recipes & unique dishes that she enjoyed sharing. She loved to surround herself with family & friends, telling stories, watching movies, sharing food & making memories.  She also cherished the outdoors, driving the country & camping in her motorhome or zipping across the glassy lake water on her Sea Doo, she lived life to the fullest & loved to spend time in nature.

Survived by 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 5 sisters, many nieces, nephews & cousins, as well as countless friends, Esther will be greatly missed & is loved by all that knew her.  A celebration of her life will be held in Utah on March 11, 2023, from 5-8pm, at The Ridge Golf Club, 5055 Westridge Blvd, WVC, UT, 84118.  Remarks to begin at 6pm.
