George A. Miranda, Sr.

Jorge Alberto Miranda, Sr., better known as George “Big George” Albert Miranda, Sr. was born May 27, 1968 in Delano, California. He moved to La Puente, California with his family while still a young child. He married Natalie Valdes, his childhood sweetheart, and remained life-long friends even after their divorce.

Mr. George Miranda, Sr. departed this life peacefully in his home on December 30, 2018 in Covina, California at the age of 50.

George leaves to cherish his memory: children Jorge, Jr., Caesar, and Alejandria Miranda. Mother Margarita Miranda, Sister Margaret Miranda and Brother Martin Miranda, Grandchildren Lucy and Leo Miranda, God-Daughter Monique and Great-Niece Miranda and a host of friends and family.

A funeral is scheduled for Friday, January 4, 2019 at White’s Funeral Home in Azusa, with a reception to follow. Reverend Bruce Butler will officiate the ceremony.
